Email and phone verification are required for every account. Provider identity documents are reviewed by our operations team.
Provider vetting
Licenses, insurance certificates and certifications are uploaded and individually approved before a provider can match.
Contact masking
Customers’ contact details are hidden from providers until a lead is purchased. No cold outreach, ever.
Immutable audit trail
Every payment, credit movement, and admin action is logged. The credit ledger cannot be altered after the fact.
Secure payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Webhook signatures are verified server-side; wallet credits are issued only after payment confirmation.
Rate limiting & permissions
API endpoints are rate-limited and protected by role-based access control (customer / provider / admin).
